Make Up Post: Timeline

1.  The Second Continental Congress is in chapter 5 under the Heading "The Second Continental Congress Organizes for War" on page 165.

2.  The Second Continental Congress is mentioned in the context of their handling of British negotiations and organizing the Patriot Militia into the the country's fighting force. While George Washington was the general the congress was in control of what battles were fought.
