Assimilation: Does the Government Regulate and/or assist Legal immigrants assimilation and should they even bother.     Beyond simply moving to the U.S. or obtaining a green card, one of the largest challenges that faces immigrants is understanding and finding their place in American culture. Though it may be counter-intuitive at first, taking this challenge and completing it on ones own or with their own family allows for immigrants to form much stronger connections to the U.S. which leads one to ask, what if anything does the government need to do more or less of to aid in naturalization.     To answer this question, it is important to know both the goal and current aid given in the naturalization process. Hard Work is the most important part of success to me. If you work hard you can fully Take advantage of the second most important thing to success, opportunity. People are more likely to hire a hard worker with less skill than a skillful lazy person. Making skill the third most important thing. Having skill initially when looking for opportunities is good but if you are lacking in skill it won't be a total endgame. And the last important thing is luck, i think that if you work hard enough to find opportunities you need not rely on luck to get things.

In both of these articles it shows that rats naturally chose to help out fellow who were in trouble. However when these rats were of different colours or strains they were hesitant to help. What turned out to make the difference in whether they would help or not was whether they were of different strains but rather if they had any familiarity with that rat or a similar rat. Once they had familiarity, the desire to help another was tested and 80% of rats would choose helping their comrade over getting food.
