Hard Work is the most important part of success to me. If you work hard you can fully Take advantage of the second most important thing to success, opportunity. People are more likely to hire a hard worker with less skill than a skillful lazy person. Making skill the third most important thing. Having skill initially when looking for opportunities is good but if you are lacking in skill it won't be a total endgame. And the last important thing is luck, i think that if you work hard enough to find opportunities you need not rely on luck to get things.
